Customer can return eligible items for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, final sale items or discounted items can not be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange within the time frame, item(s) has to be:
- With its original tags
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit.
Once the customer sends the exchange or return, the item must be sent with a tracking number, we can not guarantee that we received the items without a tracking number.
All items on sale are final. FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
All intimate and Swimwear apparel can not be returned due to sanitary reasons.
Items ordered for store pick up a a shipping method will also have the same treatment as any order placed online.
Items have 14 days for an exchange or to receive a store credit.
The Boutique will keep orders for a maximum of 90 days after receiving the order online or by phone.
